Yes. Free is a complete way to be an IDConnect identity — not a stripped-down trial. You get the full vID surface, all the sharing channels, unlimited updates, and a real handle on idconnect.me. We do not gate identity itself.

It does not scale with headcount — none of our prices do. Organization is $99 / year flat (or $19 / month) and Enterprise is $999 / year flat (or $99 / month), whether you have five people or five thousand. What the higher price buys is broader projection — HR-driven provisioning, federation, physical credentials, audit retention, sovereignty — not more seats.

Yes — that is the core of Enterprise. IDConnect speaks SCIM, the open provisioning standard, so your HR platform stays the source of truth for who works here. A hire in HR creates the identity and its credential. A transfer updates title, site, and access. A termination revokes the identity — and everything projected from it, including the physical badge — without anyone filing a ticket. If your HR platform feeds an identity governance layer rather than talking to apps directly, we integrate at that layer instead.

Often, yes — but it depends on the radio your doors use, and it is worth being precise. Phones can only read 13.56 MHz (NFC). Many older door systems run 125 kHz low-frequency prox, which no phone can read at any price. A dual-frequency credential carries both chips in one card, so the same badge opens the door and taps to a phone. Send us a photo of your badge and your reader model and we will tell you exactly what is possible before you buy anything.

The subscription covers the whole platform — every feature, every identity, no metering. Two things sit outside it, and we would rather say so up front: physical hardware (cards, wearables, table toppers, readers) is billed at cost, and a one-time migration or on-prem stand-up is scoped as a project. Ongoing software, support, and the SLA are the $999.

Yes. Agents are not an enterprise feature for us. Free includes one baseline agent slot (a "Commander"). Organization adds up to three more. Enterprise lets you size your own BI fleet. The agent-first design runs through every tier.

Yearly is the price we build around — $99 for a year of Organization, $999 for a year of Enterprise. Monthly exists ($19 and $99 respectively) for teams that would rather not commit a year yet. It is the same product, bought a different way. Most organizations that intend to stick around take the year.

Yes — there is no lock-in and no cancellation fee at any tier. You can cancel from your billing panel whenever you like, and you keep Organization features through the period you have already paid for: to the end of the month on monthly, or to the end of the year on annual. Your identity stays either way — you just stop paying for the organization-tier features.
